Great opportunity for the right CRNA helping to staff this facility. You likely will get maximum flexibility as either a W2 employee or 1099 contractor. Let's talk about your options here.

The provider should have strong ultrasound and regional skills. Currently they do not offer labor epidurals but it is likely to be a part of their plan for their busy OB caseload soon. Cases vary and include visiting specialists. Cataracts, urology, total knees and hips are some of the diverse procedures you will participate in.
