Full Description:
HCA Healthcare is looking for CRNAs seeking independent practice, with preferably 1-2 years of experience, to join our growing anesthesia Practice at Riverside Community Hospital in Riverside, CA. This is a W2, Full-Time, Hospital-Employed opportunity at a Level I Trauma Center and a Teaching hospital with an Accredited ACGME Anesthesia Residency Program. Our collaborative, high-performing team manages a wide variety of cases and our leadership structure supports a work-life balance and fosters an environment of excellent patient care.

Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
• Staffing model of 18 Anesthesiologists and 23 CRNA's.
• CRNA's work under an independent model, allowing you practice at the top of your license.
• Cases include trauma, obstetrics, cardiovascular, general surgery, peds 2 years and above, and orthopedics.
• Cardiac is covered by separate team.
• CRNA's place their own lines and perform all regional anesthetic independently.
• Able to perform regional blocks to support our robust opioid-sparing and ERAS programs.
• Variety of shifts offered: 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hours.
• Able to pick up extra shifts but not required.
• Collaborative and supportive leadership team from the CEO on down.
